Notes: Marigold | Coconut | Orange | Wood | Musk

A bright, floral fragrance inspired by the vibrant cempasúchil flower and its place in Día de los Muertos traditions. Marigold and orange bring a fresh, citrusy warmth, softened by creamy coconut and grounded with gentle wood and musk. Cempasúchil is a vibrant, inviting scent that captures the warmth and color of the season.

Each tequilero is made by artisans in Guanajuato, Mexico, using traditional talavera craftsmanship. Because each tequilero is handmade, no two are exactly alike. Natural variations in color, texture, shape, and small imperfections are part of the character of each piece and make your tequilero uniquely yours.

The tequileros have been tested and are lead-free. Once your candle has finished burning, the tequilero can be cleaned and washed for reuse with food or drinks, giving this beautiful piece a life beyond the candle. It’s a small way to bring a little piece of Mexico into your home.

• Approximately 3 oz (15+ hrs burn time)

Follow these tips for the best (and safest) burn:

TRIM THAT WICK

Before each use, trim your wick to 1/4" using a wick trimmer or scissors. This helps promote a clean, even burn and extends the life of your candle.

LET IT POOL

Allow the wax to melt evenly across the entire surface during each burn to help prevent tunneling and ensure an even burn.

BURN RESPONSIBLY

Never leave a burning candle unattended. Limit each burn to no more than 4 hours. Place your candle on a stable, heat-resistant surface away from children, pets, and flammable materials. The vessel may become hot during use. Never move it while lit or hot.

KNOW WHEN TO STOP

Discontinue burning your candle when approximately 1/4" of wax remains. Never burn the candle all the way to the bottom of the vessel.

REUSE & REPURPOSE

Our talavera vessels are lead-free and may be reused for food or beverages. We recommend testing before use. For important information about use, care, and limitations, please review our Talavera Vessel Disclaimer on our website.

Velita Disclaimer

Aromas Aztecas' velitas are designed to provide a soft, balanced fragrance when burned properly. Fragrance throw may vary depending on room size, ceiling height, airflow, and burn habits. For larger or open spaces, multiple velitas may be needed to achieve your desired fragrance level.

Talavera Vessel Disclaimer

Each cazuelita is handmade by artisans in Guanajuato, Mexico. Because of the handmade nature of these vessels, natural variations in color, texture, shape, and small imperfections are expected and make each piece unique.

The vessels have been tested by the artisans prior to shipment and are represented as lead-free. However, we cannot independently guarantee the absence of lead in every individual vessel. If you plan to reuse your cazuelita for food or drinks and have any concerns, we recommend using an at-home lead test kit before use.
