Shipping policy

Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days unless otherwise noted. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Times
Delivery times vary based on the shipping method selected at checkout and the destination. Once an order has been shipped, Aromas Aztecas is not responsible for carrier delays, weather-related delays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Order Tracking
Customers will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once their order has shipped.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Aromas Aztecas is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Aromas Aztecas is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. Customers experiencing delivery issues should contact the shipping carrier directly.

Damaged Orders
If your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery through the Contact page on our website or directly at hola@aromasaztecas.com.

To process a replacement request, please include:

• Your order number or proof of purchase
• Clear photos of the damaged product
• Photos of the shipping box and packaging, if applicable

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will send a replacement item at no additional cost, including shipping.
