At Aromas Aztecas, each product is hand poured and carefully crafted in small batches. Because of the nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds on any purchases.

However, your satisfaction is important to us. If your order arrives damaged during transit, we're happy to help make it right.

Damaged Items

If your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery through the Contact page on our website or directly at hola@aromasaztecas.com.

To process a replacement request, please include:

  • Your order number or proof of purchase
  • Clear photos of the damaged product
  • Photos of the shipping box and packaging, if applicable

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will send a replacement item at no additional cost, including shipping.

Incorrect Orders
